Hej!
Är det någon som har noter på "Jag såg en ulv, en räv, en hare"?
Eller finns det någon internetsida med noterna till den? jag har sökt en del men inte hittat någonstans.

Der er også et par links til lydfiler.

Generelt kan jeg anbefale www.skjaldesang.dk til rigtig mange ting, selvom det dog mest er en laiv - musik side, men de har nogle enkelte middelaldersange imellem.

Min farmor är från Graninge i Ångermanland, bara fem kilometer från gränsen till Jämtland, så det är nog möjligt att den sjungits där.

Den andra tror jag ska ha sitt ursprung i östra Bretagne, men jag är inte säker. Här är det istället ulven, räven och vässlan:

Dessa tre djur lär tydligen representera tre stånd i feodalsamhället: krigaren, prästen och bonden. Jag läste någonstans att grundmelodin skulle vara Dies Irae, en gregoriansk sång från 1000-talet, men jag lyckas då inte höra sambandet.

Den här texten härstammar från medeltidsbandet Mont Joias version och är på provencalska. Den kan mycket väl vara fel avskriven, men om någon kan klura ut vad det står, skulle det vara intressant med en översättning av andra versen. Jag har hört någonstans att det egentligen är en nidvisa om giriga herrar eller något sådant.

För övrigt har jag konsulterat min visbok, och där har jag skrivit att Kråkedansen kommer från Jämtland eller Härjedalen.

Hej!
Vill bara meddela att jag lärde mig Kråkedansen, med exakt samma text som ovan, av min folkvisekursledare i Göteborg 1999, alltså sex år sedan! Kommer inte ihåg vem hon hade den efter, men hon är inte direkt lajvare. Vi lärde oss ett antal stämmor till också, som jag tror hennes kompis hade gjort. Är du säker på att den är nyskriven?
