Har du däremot hittat någon källa på att filtat ylle HAR använts, blir jag överlycklig - allt blir mycket lättare då!

Vild gissning - källa: min fantasi.
Kan det bero på att fransoserna ville vara taskiga mot engelsmännen,
som tjänade bra på sin ylleexport, snarare än att ull var ett dåligt
lämpat rustningsmaterial?

Kul att höra att ni är på gång!
Jag har nyligen läst att användandet av "wool" i rustningskläder/panzar/gambeson/whatever var strikt förbjudet enligt en Parisisk lag från 1400-talet. Men eftersom "wool" likaväl (och antagligen) kan gälla obehandlad ull är det måhända inget att bry sig om. I tillägg till detta är det fråga om dels en stadslag och dels en lag från cirka 150 år efter Kongshirdens period. Så det var mest tänkt som en upplysning.

Har du däremot hittat någon källa på att filtat ylle HAR använts, blir jag överlycklig - allt blir mycket lättare då!

jeg trenger en god mengde (6 m.) 8-10 mm. hard ullfilt. Utseendet er ikke så farlig, men den bør ha jevn tykkelse og være ganske hard. Noen som vet om et sted som selger slikt noenlunde billig? (mindre enn 200,- pr. meter)
