Trixet brukar vara att få dom tillräckligt tajta över ankeln utan att det påsar sig. I regel ser hosorna tajta ut om man får till passformen runt knät. Dom bör alltså smalna av lite efter vaden, där knät är, för att sedan bli bredare igen.

De ska vara uttklipta på skrodden i ett tyg som är stretchit på diagonalen, linnefodringen ska sitta i midjan och inte gå ner så mycket då detta hämmar resår efekten. Fodret ska inte vara klippt på diagonalen.

Jag håller på att försöka hinna sy upp en ny dräkt till medeltidsveckan och har nu kommit till hosorna...

Jag försöker sy ett par ganska figursittande hosor, som är ihopsydda bak (alltså inte separata ben som snörs i t.ex. bätet). Tidsepok sent 1400-tal, med vissa ändringar eftersom jag håller på med landknecht (framförallt så ska själva hosorna bara vara som ett par ganska korta shorts, som jag sedan kompletterar med bendelar som snörs på samt korta "knä-hos-strumpor").

Jag knåpade ihop ett par igår med en innerfoder i linne och yttertyg i filtat ylle, men dom satt riktigt dåligt. Är det någon som kan ge några tips och gärna en URL till ett mönster för hosor? Jag misstänker skarpt att jag inte gör grendelarna rätt, men jag kan inte för mitt liv komma på vad jag gör fel. Det här mönstret och sömnadsbeskrivningen (http://www.reddawn.net/costume/drawstri.htm) är ungefär som jag har gjort dom, med undantaget att dom är betydligt mer formsittande.

Letar efter något i stil med http://www.companie-of-st-george.ch/sho ... ne_1.phtml, eller hosmönstret på handelsgillet (http://www.handelsgillet.se/monster.htm).

På tal om mönstret från handelsgillet (PM2), är det någon som har sytt enligt det? Hur blir resultatet? Ska till skokloster nu i helgen för att köpa snörnäbbar och bälten av dom, så jag tänkte köpa deras mönster oavsett vad, men det blir ju lite ont om tid...
