Men eftersom det finns flera dammar i sjösystemet så säger det inte mycket. Är det en gravhög så verkar den inte vara plundrad eftersom det fortfarande ser platt och fin ut. Längre ner i sjösystemet har man hittat en stockbåt (ej tidsbestämd) I samma område fast på andra sidan sjön har man hittat stenyxor (ingen aning hur gamla)
Den kan inte vara byggd det senaste århundradet eftersom det på ena sidan finns en nedrasad gårdsmedja där bara nästan bara ässan finns kvar.
Tyvärr hann jag aldrig mäta upp och undersöka grundligare eftersom jag var på besök hos "gårdsfolket".

Om inte - är marken "knölig" eller slät?

Om de ligger på varandra lucktar det en smula katt, men det låter som att det skulle kunna vara flacka stensättningar - dvs gravar från järnålder. Hur högt ovan vattebrynet ligger de? Lägen på uddar är tämligen vanliga för gravar i inlandsbyggd, men man vet aldrig...

Lättast är att kontakta ditt länsmuseum, de har koll på alla historiska platser (lokaler) i sitt område och är bara glada att hjälpa till när folk visar sig intresserade av vad de håller på med. Försök få tag på länsantikvarien.

På denna udde finns en cirkel ca 10-15 meter i diameter och ca 50-70 cm hög. Ovanpå denna finns en likadan cirkel fast lite mindre.Det hela ser ut som två tårtbottnar. Udden ligger i norra änden av ett sjösystem som mynnar i sjön Fryken. Min fråga är: Vad är det och kan de vara något av arkeologiskt värde? Jag vet att det kryllar av bronsåldersgravar i dalgången bredvid men de ser inte ut så här.
