Jeg ble foreskrevet ca 5 kopper fenikkelte av legen min nylig, og etter å ha vent med til smaken, synes jeg det er ganske godt. Da jeg satt med tekoppen min her om dagen, kommenterte moren min at "det liksom var vikingete det", en uskyldig kommentar som fikk meg til å lure: Hvor langt tilbake kjenner vi bruk av Fenikkel / fänkål i norden? Det er jo kjempegodt når man lager rotfruktmat.

(tepakka mi kaller det i alle fall fänkål på svensk)
