Är det någon som har smakat jäst mjölk (det är i synnerhet hästmjölk jag undrar över)? Hur smakar det?

Åt "svagt-kolsyrad-ljummen-yoghurt"-hållet är den beskrivning jag sett men jag har aldrig smakat det själv eller ens haft planer på att göra en batch airag.

Det närmaste jag kan komma i att beskriva smaken är att dricka minimjölk under en redig bakfylla..

Var får man tag på jäst-/bakteriestammar som tuggar i sig laktos ? Kan man driva upp en egen spontankultur hemma på något sätt?
