Jag har kommit över en rulle grovt nötläder som skulle fungera bra till skor och väskor, kanske. Problemet är att det är dovt blått.

Med gul narvsvärta och tjärsmörjning får jag det svart vilket är en lösning. Men frågan är hurvida blått skinn var möjligt att färga under järnålder? Någon som har erfarenhet på detta område?

Det går alldeles utmärkt att färga skinn blått med indigo/vejde (empiriska försök av mig själv) men man har nog svårt att få en riktigt jämn och fin färg...
